Working principles of Dry Mortar Equipment:

The systems of this type of production line are arranged from top to bottom according to functions, followed by raw material storage systems, metering systems, twin-shaft gravity-free mixers, bulk and packaging systems.

1 Raw materials are first sent to their respective storage silos via pneumatic conveying or bucket elevators.

2 When metering is required, the butterfly valve under the storage bin is automatically opened, and the raw material flows into the weighing scale (when the height is limited, and the cement and other powder materials cannot pass through the slip tube effectively, the screw conveyor is used for conveying), the weighing is according to the preset procedure. When the raw materials are taken, the pneumatic butterfly valve under the silo is closed and the measurement is completed.

3 After the first batch of the mixer is mixed and the finished mortar is placed in the finished buffer tank, the pneumatic valve under the metering is opened, and the raw materials fall into the mixer to start mixing.

4 The mortar in the finished buffer tank can be sent to the finished product loading machine, bag packaging machine and finished product storage bin through the lower feeder.

Automation system features of Tile Adhesive Machine:

1. In the central control room, the computer is used to monitor the production site. The Chinese menu and graphic display are used. The screen displays the status of each raw material storage tank, the status of each pipeline, the status of the valve, and the condition of the storage tank and the liquid pipeline. The weight of the ingredients is dynamically displayed, and the state of the entire ingredient line can be clearly seen on the screen of the industrial computer. 2. Recipe management: After establishing and storing the recipe on the computer, the staff selects the product formula to be produced, presses the start batching button, and the system automatically and orderly takes the required raw materials from the raw material storage tank to the target position, and waits until The initial integration is automatically transferred to the finished product tank.


3. Automatic conveying: the raw material is first transported by the screw conveyor to the measuring silo. When the weight of the raw material reaches the set weight, the screw conveyor stops feeding, and then the metered material is sent to the target position through mechanical or pneumatic conveying.


4. Error correction and alarm; when the system accidentally fails, it can automatically take the corresponding steps or measures (such as displaying recommended measures on the monitor, alarm, pause, request manual intervention, emergency stop, etc.), and indicate the type of fault and fault Location and other information. When in the batching process, if the error value is greater than the allowable value due to accidental and special reasons, the ingredient batching system outputs an alarm signal to automatically stop the material. The previous process can then be continued by manually calibrating the error.


5. Operation authority: On the industrial computer side, different operation rights can be set according to the level of different departments and different operators, the level of authority can be programmed, and the password can be set.


6. Production data management; the system automatically records the data in the production process and outputs it in the form of a report. The management personnel can understand the configuration data of each batch through the report, such as adding the actual weight of each raw material, adding time, etc. Wait. The system is reliable and meets the requirements of 24 hours of continuous operation. Various mechanisms such as feeding and weighing are designed in accordance with convenient maintenance and repair to meet the user's maintenance and simple repair requirements for the system in use.

Precautions when installing dry mortar equipment on site:
1. The dry mortar equipment should be prepared with the raw materials required during the installation process and all the tools and wrenches used in the installation process.
2. Before installation of dry mortar equipment, clean up the debris, dirt and accumulated water on the site of the installation workshop of dry mortar.
3. Whether the slinged mortar equipment has a boom, the hoisting process needs to be hoisted with cloth or wire rope, and the weight of the equipment should be in mind to ensure that the hoisting process is foolproof. Or use a large forklift to load and unload.
4. Check the environment of the hoisting site. The height of the hoisting height should be 2 meters above the height of the dry mortar equipment.
